I130 has been approved
my I-130 has been approved I just got a notification that they take action on my case and the approval letter was under documents.
it was really fast not even 3 month omg
PD 25 may 2022.

that's why I ask you because my case and the Nebraska center same yours but mines I apply at June 5, 2022
what you do to get your case approved and just only 89 days
because my case now is 87 days
and still showing is being actively reviewed by USCIS

mine is 160 days in Nebraska, I’m a USA citizen too still waiting. what specialty she got doesn’t make sense

well guys I’m us citizens and I apply for my husband. we had k1 refused before maybe coz of that I got approved really fast. I did nothing . don’t get jealous lol I waited so long for k1 before . it’s just happened. some people waiting for 200 or more days and haven’t got approved… it’s all about luck I guess or mine k1 help me.. 2 days ago mine k3 get denied after I-130 approved…

how long did you wait with K3 ? I think in average you already waited long with k3 then got approval faster with i-130
