when did u submit your documents?

my case ISL2017…… was approved by USICS on 31Jan,2022 i recieved I-797C approved letter even by 8/2/2022 but yet i am not issued any Welcome letter or any further correspondence. any idea how long it will take.

@immi usa my husband’s case is DQ since September.2020 do u know when i will get his interview appointment??

@itx lawyer bro now your case will be transfer to NVC and then they will ask you to submit your civil documents and affidavit of support etc like all that documents which they will ask you and it will take time

@Amt tah bro not yet. just one month left then i’ll get my interview letter, it takes 16-19 month after DQ to schedule an interview

@Arslan Ahmed I know you have been waiting for a while so sorry to hear that but do you know if there is anyway to get around having to wait this long. because i just got dq in jan 29 2024 I cant wait that long.
