anyday now i file k3 .and give them every single item they looking for

did you receive any RFE? mine has been under review since July 14

i didn’t.i submit all Necessary documents

i haven’t received it either, I submitted everything that you mentioned you did, I uploaded about 17 pieces of evidence with the application

what they are looking for then??

don’t know the only I know is that service center has been changed but no other update

i submitted I30 Dec 16 2021, I’m filing k3 today, I pray this speeds up my approval

anyday now for some people it’s work like mine.you should file K3 following the i130 ..

Krs for applying k3 do I need to pay extra fees for it? mine i130 is in actively reviewing since 5 months for cr1 in Nebraska center, should I apply for k3 to make it faster?

i sent my 129F application last week with all the documents to expedite my 130. it was received but not scanned it yet
