hey everyone i have a quick question. where can i find my priority date.on my receipt that I received for submitting my i130 has a priority date the same as the day they received it. also what does the priority date do. what type if significance does it have to my case.

your pd is the day they received your submission. From that day on you can take into account the months that your case will be taken to be approved
