yes it’s the NVC now you just need to wait for the welcome letter to continue with the process

havent recieved the welcome letter yet.. will just wait for that now

i heard it takes about 2 weeks for welcome letter

in your approval do they said they’ll transfer it to nvc or ask for file i824

mine said I didn’t indicate anything whether my wife get adjustmet or transfer it to nvc. but I did indicate that about nvc. they ask me to file i824 I’m really confused now

@abdus if yur wife is ina different country then yu need to let them know to transfer it to nvc to do counslar processing if she is in us then yu can do adjustment of status

how I have to let them know

when I file I did let them know about it that she’s in overseas I want visa should be issued in my wife country

maybe they made a mistake .. form i824 is for action on approved file so just file that out and submit it on yur uscis account and just wait for them to review that would b my best guess
