I file a i130 for my husband March 2020
still haven’t got approved yet
I usually go see him every month to Haiti 🇭🇹 can’t travel now due to kidnapping that’s going on and insecurity.
can I expedite his case .

I file I-130 for my kids September 2020, and do expedite request on December 2020 still now no answer. It's a good thing to put the expedite, you never know your chances but it's uncertain.

it takes 1 year in approving and couple of months at NVC then Waiting for interview ..... all process took minimum 2 to 3 years
