first you need to find your representative on google or on house.gov then contact them there secretary will write you back then you tell them what you need and they will send you a release form then will send a inquiry to uscis for you

just did the same. sent an email to my rep, the sec responded and said she contacted uscis but it will take about 2 weeks to get response from them.
