Hi guys, Finally got my spouse’s i130 approved after 777 days. could anyone tell me what the forms to file to adjust status are besides those I listed below as I want to be sure I-485 I-765 she won’t be travelling before it’s approved so not filing advance parole did I miss anything thanks

thanks for all the congrats guys. i think it took so long cos my case was transferred from csc to Potomac but if I think about it again maybe it was not so bad since California is currently behind Potomac in processing … spouse has been in the us since Jan 1st on an F1 visa

yes … filed i130 in august 2019, she applied for F1 Dec 2020

@Fola A Oh wow congratulations again for both approved. my husband and me are thinking to apply for Student visa too during the time waiting for F2A bc it take so long and we want to prepare our life , don’t want we loosing time just waiting.would you mind if I ask your contact for some advice ?
