hi, I don’t get it. so you can submit I-130 and I-129F together for one person ?

@hi new no, once i130 is approved the k-3 is discarded.

@widdyyyyyyy cine , yes you can if the petitioner is a US citizen they can summit a k-3, look up videos regarding how to file k-3
