@Soli...Her pregnancy was risky and we had a letter from the doctor saying she needed better care that could not be provided in her country.

it's a US citizen filing for a spouse. so took 9 months. NVC letter got it the next day of approval.

mine also took 9months at USCIS I'm a US citizen filing for spouse overseas. pd 01/04/2021 Approved 09/24/2021 waiting for nvc letter.
