congratulations, I had the same case with you, I filled out 824 and it was approved for 63 days and was sent to nvc, I got the case number, don't be late to fill it out

but you can ask Emma if they transferred you so you can be sure, example, I was in California and last week I asked Emma where my case was and they transferred me to Texas

@ermal - are you a LPR filing for spouse outside the states? If so please share the timeline it took between transferring I 130 to scheduling interview at the home country?

GT when I submitted the 824, it took 63 days and then I received the number of the case where I made the 2 payments, also after the payments were made I filled out the DS 260 form and now I am waiting for an interview date to come, this is my path so far

GT 2 days after it was approved, I received an email and the day I submitted the letters to the nvc, now I am waiting for confirmation, no problem, we are all here to give as much help and hope as possible for this journey.

@Ayomide Henry , I am guessing you did consular processing, how long did it take from being documentarily qualified to getting an interview at the Lagos Consulate? What questions are asked? Hope you got your process fully completed now and GC-ed
