same exact thing happened to me after being approved I had to send out the i824 after waiting for so long but I did get the NVC welcome letter the same day of the approval

NBC sent i824 June7 got my i130 approved September7 received my welcome letter from NVC that same day

Reazul Haque sir I think the case was in process as the catefory was F1,covid and the petitioner citizen father died september2019. may b they resume the case after covid and find petitioner death. october 2021 Rfes were issued amd responded back on right time. then 31Jan2022 finaly get the status Approved and decision letter was received

case was filed thru lawyer but the petitioner was my father citizen. now the guardian is mother on Green card not as citizen. but the decision letter shows that case approval is reaffirmed and is reinstated on humanitarian grounds which was send to national visa centre on 31jan,2022

Guys the notice o received on the top says from homeland security. Is that normal. I thought It will be from USCIS ??? I'm usc send file to NVC due to mistake in i130. Also it's Vermont office i don't see so gle one has his file in Vermont.

Reazul Haque congratulations for receiving Welcome Letter. i discuss my case with lawyer at NY Brooklyn and they asked me to wait till 20-10-2022,you may get the Welcome letter or if not we will directly submit fees and affidavit of support else documents required..because PD is coming closer 15/2/2017 to 15/2/2022 what you say about this?
