good morning everyone god bless you I’m writing this post to say that my i130 was approved after 2 years!!! this morning I wake up I check an update of active reviewing I went to document section and it was approved. I’m so happy rn

my friend did you wait 2 years to get the approval I have the same cases as you and I have to flight to my country I expect the I 131 to be approved no in 2 years 3 months. ago ucis recived my case waht you think

idk guys I would wait for travel cuz if my i130 is aproved they can approved my i485. and I think they aproved me the i485 too but it’s no showing yet. cuz I call this morning and they told me that the card is waiting to be produced but imma call again to make sure cuz I don’t believed yet

@Federico , did you make a service request to USCIS? and did you get a response that say you will hear from them in 60days blah blah blah? if yes, was it accurate?

I expedite like 5 times the the i130 with no answer and in August 10 they send me a letter saying that my local field office should schedule an appointment in 90 days and next week it’s going to end that time frame so I think it’s accurate
