immi after i get approval notice i change my mailing address and also informed uscis my new mailing address. im the petitioner.

it’s mean you didn’t fill out some boxes when you need to tell them where your beneficiary will be interview… just coz of that two words you missed now you have to wait more then 1 year . now you have to apply I-824 and wait for approved.. changing your address won’t do nothing with this . now apply that I-824 …. that’s only your option for now

when i file i mention the country. today i talk with officer the guy tolm me i dont have to file i824. its the normal instructions. he say i should wait 1 month for welcome letter. if I didn’t get then call them back again

also if you are in a immigration process you shouldn’t file i824

My letter says the same thing! I got approved in may still no nvc letter talked to a lawyer today and we getting in contact with the nvc, the letter said that we can filed i-824. But my lawyer said we have to wait for case number from nvc

i see information they say your form i797c notice of action receipt number will begin with either EAC/LIN/SRC/WAC/YSC. but in my notice it is only i797 nothing other
