i sent twice and every time they sent formal reply like sorry for delay etc it took 3 weeks approx

i think its just pointless to put in a case inquiry because they dont even care to respond in a timely manner uscis act like the applicants were the ones to delay everybody cases im still waiting for a response from them smh
