it’s probably being processed in Texas then. same thing happened to me

all 1-130’s filed online are defaulted to Nebraska and then are assigned to a service center.

@Sallie Dekovic how do you know when/if your case has been reassigned to a different service center? I filed online and I thought it would just stay with Nebraska...?

Yeah, saw that. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I am hoping by August to be honest. My 7th rank didn't move this week at all since last week. It doesn't make much sense especially if they approved more cases this week.

Anastasia if I would be you honestly I won't go according to what this app says if your referring to this your in 7th place . I paid this app to give ne information and it stated I was on 178th place and 895 decision to make. looking at it just makes me frustrated to see the place ur in doesn't move. And said my process will get through by Dec 28_ 21 to June 28 22 So I said I leave everything in God's hands and pray over it. and I got a notification saying they scheduled my appointment. So I call USCIS right away and the give me my appointment date right away. So in my experience this app is way off. I'm a September 24th 2020 filler that's just my experience with this app

@Mel Quiroz thank you! So, did you file only I130? And after it is approved you are scheduled to do the biometrics? Its for my mom, I am just wondering ahead what is next:)

I 130 I 765 I 485 in September 2020 Did bio in Dec RFE in Mar response to RFE in May 3 May 10 recieved beneficiary notice May 17 ready to schedule interview June 11 interview schedule July 28 will be my interview they never responded to me about the I 130 nor the I 765 so I don't have a work permit as yet but my interview will be next mnth so don't waste your money and go with this app for me it's not accurate. Trust in the Lord and pray on it and leave everything on God's hands you will get frustrated if you go by this app.

This is just so confusing. Some people get their answers in 3-5 months and some wait for years.
