I130
Hi
USCIS received my application for I130 last year in August 1st. This morning I received an email from USCIS saying “we have taken an action on your case” so I logged into the USCIS website and it only states “case is still being processed… we do not need anything currently now” and now the case decision time is showing as 16 months. It was 2 months when I checked it in the beginning of September.
Anyone know what all this means? does this mean my I130 is approved? I am assuming they just gave me an update saying they are probably reviewing the case?

@annamma ouseph mine was also 2 months until decision and it went up to 5 months than 7 months and now it’s a 8 month

@Pris O mine was also at 2 months until case decision and it went up to 5months, than 7 months, than 8 months. in less than a week. what that mean anything? I never got a notification. My husband called to inquire about our i130. it was at Potomac service center, than at Vermont and now they brought the case at the Baltimore field. I have been uploading new evidence last week.. but we have not got anything yet.

same here mines says 3 weeks until decision but it happened to me last year then ntn…

@Dimi Bam what's your pd? All I know they were working on the end of July beginning of August last week from what others were saying. My daughters i130 got approved the same message came in and approval was in the documents and yesterday they updated to say case approved and closed.

In the 1st couple mths it happened to her case too, then went 12 mths. Her date was July 26, 2024 so we just waited patiently, anxiously, praying and hoping.
