I130- F4
hello,
we refiled I-130- F4 category in July 2021 and requested to retain the old priority date, which is current. The request was denied but they approved the new i130 petition and case was transferred to NVC
and I received the welcome letter. Any idea what it means?

but they denied the request to retain the old priority date and approved petition with new priority date is years away from getting current. Will NVC process the case?

that's mean u very very lucky ur processing was fast like strom because I'm still waiting since 2015 nothing come up yet.hope to hear some good in the futur.

my pd in may 2019 and my case was approved in 2020 and i’m still waiting in NVC and I can’t upload all documents and pay the fees I don’t know why ?!!! anyone can till me how many time i need ?!!!
