they ask for medical again?

@Daksh Patel did they send you a notice? or did you just send them the medical exam?

I hope so, waiting for this since March 2022. And the thing is in interview notice they didn’t mentioned about new medical. All they said was if you already submitted medical when gou filed the I-485 then no meed to bring medical.

when I went for interview, they started questioning and then 3rd or 4th question was do you have latest medical? and I said no i don’t have latest on but I do have copy of the one I submitted earlier, and also I wasn’t aware about new medical requirement.

@Daksh Patel the same happend to me. She asked if I have a new one, but i don’t! I still waiting for the RFE. My exam is ready to send to them. I don’t know if I can send it without the RFE.

@B C when did that happen to you. You may check in USCIS account. I am seeing same RFE letter online. But in my case they print it out during the interview and hand it over to us.

@Sam .. I personally don’t understand how processing time works. Waiting is the only option I would say. Since the filing in March 2022, it took this many years to get interview. But on the other side also seen people who filed after me and they already got the GC in hand (exact same case as mine, they also used the same lawyer/agent to file)

@Sam .. Is there a way to check if we are in line to get scheduled for interview at out field office? If so please let us know where there would be really helpful.

@Daksh Patel It’s normal because the medical should be either 6 months or 1 year old, you just re-do it, submit it and the news should come through soon after

@Daksh Patel the officer asked about the new exam. Oh you’re so lucky that the officer gave it to you in person. My officer just said that she will send it and nothing yet! I check the website 10x per day, nothing in the documents tab.
