I tried to contact Emma live chat,but agent refuses to give me updates on chat and wants to call them, 2 agents! anyone facing the same issue?

yes, some agents give some updates some not, only way to try new live agents multiple times until you get an update

@monsieur labul usually the were give me updates, since I sent a congressional inquiry 2 weeks ago, now I talked to agents and they won't tell me updates and asked me to call, idk why
