I expedited twice and they kept denying it

what reason did you give? It has to be extreme financial distress and health challenges and you can’t afford medical care

you may need to leave a couple of bills to go past due to use as your evidence

I said fínancial distress and supported with my income and bills and how I couldn’t get job offers. but they said because my 485 wasn’t prima facie approved that they couldn’t expedite my 765 @Pepertua A

@mount laurel New Jersey , praying you get something soon. I know just how frustrating it is. Did you try Contacting the Ombudsman office and also SENATOR?

I did ombudsman but they closed my case said they are still doing checks. senator wouldn’t take my case because I have a case with Congress person. but ombudsman was for 765 at the time

yes entered legally it’s an awa case so I think that’s the reason for the delay

@mount laurel New Jersey if your case is Vawa you should be approved within 12months from PD. did you get prima facie? I got one for 12months in 30days and I got approved for combo card within 9months

it’s not vawa it’s awa. that’s different. what’s prima facie? I don’t think my case was eligible for it.
