congratulations 🎉, I just wanna ask if you may , did your status changed to “interview was completed .. etc” after the interview and then waited for the approval or got approved on the spot ?

@Grace... I don't agree with you because some lawyers just want money and nothing to because done.. it is practice makes perfect. Even if you follow exactly the tutorials on internet or give your lawyer to do the thing, your case will still not be smooth. There are people who filed on their own with NO problem.

@mike joni ...he just asked us basic information questions that you and your spouse should know. For example, d.o.b of each other, how you met and first dates. The only question that was off grid was he asked about challenges of being married. Most question were security questions. We just relaxed and told our truths

I never pay any lawyer to file my stuff and always went smooth with no issues. specially now u can file online that makes it easier because u can't make no mistakes on the online filling because u will not be able to summit the application without answering the question or without signing the application so why would I pay someone to fill out a form just to put my own information on it which I know. unless it's a complicated case if not I will not pay a lawyer

@Amjed A.A i got approved on the spot and when me and my husband got to the car i checked my status it was all showing case approved...

@Grace Grace...Thank you so much i am sure it is not everybody that can afford $3500 to pay a lawyer...I got married September 30 2020 sent my documents November got rejected then i was approved in January..I think my case was smooth enough in 9months i got my greencard.. Am here for people that cant afford a lawyer.

@Bayano Parker ..Thank you so much. I didnt over stay before changing my status and I didn't have a criminal record . I filed myself and was rejected for over payment(incorrect payment), but it was not a big deal.

did you take the interview in August? if yes, when did you have the status of “interview ready to be scheduled?”
