I received RFE on my I-130
Please explain what documents or supporting documents are required to fulfill my Request for Evidence (RFE)? They've asked for an affidavit from multiple people who have personal knowledge of the event.
must include:
the full name and address of the affiant.
the date and place of the birth of the affiant
the relationship between the affiant and parties to this petition.
complete details concerning how the attaint ecquired knowledge of the event.

@Humayun Tharani Your answer is in your question. They want affidavits from people, I am guessing the event is your wedding, who can attest to your marriage. If you live outside of the USA then you need to have people go to where affidavits can be done. Many countries call these people notaries. I can do affidavits in the Michigan because I am a notary. They will need to either be in English or have them translated by a translator to English.
