@Sepp - have you contacted Jim regarding your I-485 taking so long? Just wondered if they thought it was normal or not. Service requests (to me) seem useless and I filed >695 days ago.

@Sepp - oh they actually represent me already. I just have found they aren't as communicative lately or give really pithy responses that aren't helpful.
