you stilll can go if you have parole. if you don’t then apply for parole and visit your fam. trust me there is no problem traveling on parole

my vawa is pending for 3 years 3 months months no prima facie, no SSN no work permit no travel permit. I spoke to tier 2 officer and she said she will have my case escalated. it’s been a month. no update and I just saw today the processing time changed to 43 months from 41 months. it just keeps increasing and I can’t keep up with the processing times anymore.

@Ayoosh u never get PRIMA FACIE ??? Me too. I’m from November 2022 I never get one and no RFE !! I just have advance parole
