the current priority date for F1 catogry is May 15. 2016. Since your father submitted your I-130, then your prority date is Jun 19, 2020. If everything is moving forward as of now, you need about 4 years before you are eligible to adjust your status ( submit I-458). Keep in mind that you have to maintain your current visa status until your visa become current and submit I-485.
