I have applied for EAD renewal under CO9 . haven’t got my receipt notice it has been more than 5 weeks . is it normal. any suggestions will be kindly appreciated

hi. I also filed for vawa in October of 2022 just like you, I’m not sure if that’s normal or not, I also just filed my renewal so I’m not sure how long it takes to get receipts as I’m also waiting for mines, please update when you finally receive it

@Sam sam has there been any movement with your VAWA application so far? have you gotten a prima facie or an RFE since you filed?

I have been getting prima facie but no rfe yet . I will definitely let you know . please let me know if you receive sooner

@Sam sam okay I will, I haven’t gotten any RFE or prima facie yet, just a notice of transfer in January of 2024, asides that nothing else apart from biometrics done back in 2023

I also filed my renewal but in September last year got a receipt notice after 10 days

that happened to me to , I filed my 765 EAd c31 in octubre 2024 I received in 3 day the notice receipt, but I filled EAd c09 in January 2025 I didn’t recived the notice yet

I filed my ead and ap renewal on jan 11 25. I received my receipt notice just after a week, but it's been 72 days there is no progress on my case. My Driver liscense will get expired by the end of march.
