Yes. I’m not a lawyer but they tell me that the travel document allows you to travel.

however the travel document does said the custom has the right to reject your reinter request. travel documents does not promise you can come back 100%

Chloe is right which why many lawyers advise their clients not to travel until they receive their greencard
