I had my interview on June 9. My I-130 was approved on June 10, but my I-485 is still pending. I called USCIS, and they told me my case was sent for review. What does that mean?

I don’t know but my 485 took 6 weeks after my 130. I didn’t have an interview but there was a lag between and I have ZERO idea why. I was approved T the end. stay patient 🙏🏼
