Call USCIS 800-number and say info pass so you can be transferred to a live agent and request a Tier 2 officer and explain your situation.

@Sonia Jo i had same situation since October 10th. my lawyer made a query to uscis but didn’t heard back from them yet. i saw few post about the same issue. i also never changed my address.

happened to my daughter SSN n EAD in 2023 …Til today my daughter doesn’t hv SSN luckily she’s a minor we dnt need it and we from 2022 we will receive our GC soon:.!!Bt I did everything to return my post office return nothing worked .

@chris rod it did not say what was returned and that is why I am very much concerned since there is no recent update apart from the update that's a notice was returned

@God in Action I will try that because I have tried calling that 800 number and the virtual assistant wouldn't let me talk to a live agent and that's really hurts

Yes, the same thing happened to me. They did the same at day 878 after my VAWA was filed.Even I haven’t changed addresses since 3 years and use to receive all receipts and all by mail. I requested an inquiry, and today is day 67 haven’t received it yet handy 😄 but I called uscis they said it’s PFD

@Vawa Waitors USCIS does not send SSN, it’s always sent by Social Security Administration Office. when you get the EAD go to the SSA office to obtain the SSN.

try form change address as soon as if same one but try agine or u lost your cast

@Sonia Jo try to get that infopass appointment in person and request a copy of the notice. They did same to me. Sent interview notice back in March that got returned because they did not include my lawyer's office on the address and there are several law offices on the building. Every call said they don't even see the notice. It wasn't until I went to the local field office after scheduling infopass appointment that I was able to get a copy of the notice but the time was long past so now I wait again for another interview date. So get an appointment ASAP!

thank you so much guys, after going through your comment I placed a call and use info pass and I was directed to someone that actually helped me finally.. they finally told me that it was just a renewal of my prima facie. and that I shouldn't worry about anything. they also helped me to update my address the second time, according to them the address that has been on my file is only my lawyers address which surprisingly was not authorized by me. but they all helped me out and fixed all the errors and now I have nothing to fear anymore. thanks guys I am so happy that I have people like you I pray all our cases go well
