I contacted my state senator twice. The second time I received a response from them letting me know they will contact USCIS, didnt hear anything else from them but a few weeks later uscis reviewed my application and approved it.

i have same category c8 but nothing at 3 time renew

@Mariam is the senator request for expediting? what did u tell the senator? I’m c08 8 months waiting

@qusay I told them my extension was about to expire in February and that I wouldn’t be allow to keep working. I did through their website, they usually have a section to submit the inquiry, they ask you for your case number, and details and you have to sign an authorization for them to be able to advocate for you with uscis

I got the EAD but still waiting for my approval notice in order to renew my license, hopefully they didn’t lose it because I heard it takes about 8 months to get a copy from USCIS

did you get your card in mail or at least received a tracking number? as of today? my EAD got approved on Jan 28th. I contacted uscis thru emma and they provided me with a tracking number even though it doesnt show that update on my online account. So just wanted to know how long would usually USPS take, for some it took just a day for some 2-3 days to deliver

@abdulkhan it took about a week for me to received the card after the application was approved.
