I don’t understand why it is denied
I got this update on my case today. I’m a SIJS with an approved I-360. My priority date was current when we sent the application but it’s not current now, maybe that’s why they denied the case? I don’t know and I feel very anxious 😔

I would not worry just yet. Wait until you get the letter to see exactly why first. It might be something administrative. The letter will explain.

The RFE was for medical exams. My PD is December 2022
