I don't know if I'm eligible for US Citizenship
hi guys I just wanted to ask a question, My I 485 was approved on Jan 28 2021 , but I already filed for I 751 removal of conditions, Me and my spouse are divorced and my I 751 is a waiver application, I was wondering if I'm eligible to apply for US citizenship?

@Nate L I got through the same time you did..but I'm still married so, I applied for citizenship under the 3yrs rule. I'm almost sure being divorced you have to wait on the 5yrs rule.

5 years rule. 90 days before the expiration of your greencard, even if your I751 is not yet approved.
