I contacted a local congressman for an inquiry and USCIS said they were basically still working on it a couple months ago. I contacted USCIS vHow does it take nearly 18months to respond to an I 130?
I contacted USCIS today via Emma and they literally closed the chat when I asked if there was anything wrong with my case since I’ve received nothing since may 2023. How does it take nearly 18months to respond to an I 130?
