I am filing pro se mandamus and sharing how I am doing it for people with not enough money for a lawfirm.
After a week of research, I have decided to file pro se mandamus because my financial situation doesn’t let me pay 5-6 k for a law firm at this moment.
What I did was, I paid $200 a paralegal from Fiverr, she will do every paperwork and create a complaint and summon , all forms necessary and I will only sign it and take it to local court of my city. She will also explain all the procedures with simple instructions.
I am planning to visit local court some day next week and I will update you.

of couse, nothing is 100% but my case is pending more than 16 months and it’s enough for my local field office to file wom, since some people I know personally did file wom and got their case moving.
i am doing everything on my end to make it work :)

what state you in am in Indiana and the courts here dismissed a WOM for a lady saying they don’t have jurisdiction

@Ak . i am in SC, there are similar cases were dismissed because of jurisdiction isse but also some got their case moving. I am trying

@monsieur labul you are right WOM can push your case if you are lucky ofc and anyway I don’t think these lawyers fight WOM if they file to dismiss then dismiss.. at least it’s better than doing nothing… good luck

@Ak . exactly, doing my best to finalize it, and at lower cost. Would be depressed if I paid 4-5k and get dismissed right away😀
