i am eb-1A and i am getting case is being actively reviewed every 2 weeks since april 14/26.my date got retrogressed and my priority date is april20/23.what foes it mean?
what foes it actually means? I haven’t received any rfe or interview date yet.

Similar situation, mine is June 2023. But no status updates since medical RFE received

same happened with me in 2023 even when my PD was retrogressed. after moving to 3 to 4 field offices, my case was changed to Case Remains Pending for almost 2.5 years.

Things may move or remain in CRP but you are actually waiting for the PD to become current before any good news!! As simple as it is even if everything else is complete and you submitted a RFE response and see movement the case will not be adjudicated till PD is current on the day of adjudication.
