i am currently waiting progress for my EB3 application, my fiance got his immigrant visa and is in the US since march. can we still apply for fiance visa? will it affect my EB3 application?
can i apply for fiance/spouse while waiting for Eb3?
is it possible to apply 2 visa categories?
which of the two will be a faster process? ps. he still is a greencard holder

you can have a separate i130 if you get married and it won’t affect the i140. you can only have only one i485 though and you can device which one you want to use as basis. given he’s not a citizen, both paths will unfortunately take a very long time.
