Should I submit an i-864 to the nvc if I have never mede income tax return? We have a person who is going to be the joint sponsor but the NVC asks for an i-864 of the petitioner

$0 and then the same for the most recent tax years after you finished that. You do the joint sponsor but the petitioner got to filled out i- 864 whether you have income or not

@Mayra V you are not filling i864 . your petitioner will file on behave of you . They will provide their income .
