I-824 or I-485
from few days I saw whenever people get approval notice USCIS suggested them to file I-824 or I-485
I have few relatives they got approved but notice says file to I-824 or I-485
I ask an attorney he’s saying it’s normal but USCIS says follow the approval notice
What about anyone from group is that same saying to anyone?

now as of today nvc creating case which they received from USCIS on 17th May

mi abogado dijo lo mismo que eso es normal que espere 🥺🥺 pero llevaré la carta donde otro abogado a ver qué me dice

if you not file I-485 or I-824 form they not gonna send you case to nvc
