I-824
Hi all, My case was approved but per the notice, didn’t specify if my husband will file for adjustment of status here in the US or through consular processing thus I am being asked to submit I-485 or I-824. Has anyone filed I-824 here? I need help. Thanks in advance

i got Mail today same thing but my lawyer told me i have to apply for I-824 cause my beneficiary live out side of USA

congrats. same thing here, my husband is overseas so I guess I hve to apply for I-824. I guess your lawyer will fill in the form on your behalf? I don’t have a lawyer actually, I would like to fill up the form by myself but I find it confusinf filling up the form
