Make an inquiry thorough senator or congressman of your area to expedite I824!! there is no other way unless uscis itself send your case to nvc. NBC approves most I824 for I130 to send to NVC in 2 to 3 months. but still you have to make inquiries for this. the best is thorough congressman

where did you sent yours? we sent ours to Arizona and got forwarded to California center IOE receipt number

@Ren phoenix is the correct one now i by mistakenly sent it to the local uscis office at first thn later sent it to phoenix earlier it was processed ay Arizona but now it is at Phoenix

i got the same day when the payment got deducted from my card i called uscis and asked for my receipt number and case submission date because I didn’t want to wait for the notice to come so i called because i had to submit congressional enquiry with the case number. @anija

Adite Sharma I send a bank check for payment and on September 13 my I-824 received in Phoenix lock box but they didn’t detected anything from my accounts yet. How many days it will be take. Please give me information, I am also so frustrated.

Hi Moin Afzal i sent my payment through card (Visa) because payments through cheque is time consuming nd i didn’t want to waste any more time

i sent the application on 8th sept and they received it on 9th sept the payment got deducted on 14th sept and the same day i called uscis and asked for the case number

as they generate the case number right when they take the payment
