I had a similar experience, mine took me about 8months to get my combo card

c09 it between 6 months- 8 months

@Ko ka I don’t think it has anything to do with the c31 you submitted earlier. I think they treat it case by case and since you’ll get a different case number/receipt for it, It will still follow the normal process. I will advise you send it in as soon as possible
