I-765 filled concurrently with I-131
Stay strong.
My current EAD (OPT) was about to expire in March and I cannot explain the amount of pressure I felt throughout this process.
I strongly recommend keeping up with Reddit and also with this community.
Filed for expedite twice. Once through Emma; denied because fingerprints were not taken. Second time through congressman; got an update on Monday that they would work give me a decision on my expedite but couldn’t give me a time frame.
Today, got the notice of card being produced.
Anyone aware of how long it takes to get the card in hands once it’s being produced?
I wish luck for everyone during this procession. 💪🏾

congrats! when did you get the response from congressman?

@cho c, they updated me on Monday, that everything was sent. However I was not told if there was a decision to approve or not the request.

I am also trying to expedite my I-131, as I need to travel to be with my grandmother who’s very ill. No answer yet from USCIS (it’s been 10 days) and tried the Congressman last week and still did not hear back. Hoping to have a positive answer soon

congrats! does your status say “card is being produced”? mine says that since Feb 10th and it hasn’t changed yet

@sidney smith, the day after it did. I reached out through Emma and asked if it was a combo card or not. literally as I was on the chat, that change happened.
