What evidence did you use to get the expedite and how did you go about the whole process?

I expedited using Emma and chatted with a live agent. a few days later I received an email asking for evidence. I submitted a job offer, medical bills that we have due to the birth of our daughter, birth certificate since she was born after I applied and a letter explaining the situation.

i made an expedite of my I 131i sent fir renewal because my mother is sick they ask me for evidence but they asked me to send proof of name because i made a mistake putting my middle name as my first name they also ask me to return my old travel document they didn’t ask me for hospital document on October 6 my app updated for rfe response was received and they will mail me a decision I’m waiting i hope it will be approval

congrats! I’ve tried 2 times to expedite but they haven’t even contacted me for evidence before getting denied. I’ve applied a 3rd time and waiting to be contacted. not much faith in them actually contacting me.

I tried 4 times then reached out to my senator before I got any response

I had reached out to my senator in parallel but not sure if that helped since they had only gotten feedback that the request was received when my case was approved.

@k rei if i may ask, my expedite request was denied without the USCIS asked for evidence, how did you submit evidence?

I received an email asking for evidence. the email had instructions how to send it.

Hello, how did you fax the documents?Where did you fax? I also need to fax documents. They sent me an email containing fax number along with Attn, LA, Div and Tm I am not sure what I am supposed to do with these information. I understand fax number but how about others?

use the attn. la. div etc on the cover letter. that’s the team who is handling your expedite so you need to address it to them. or just use the email as the cover letter
