Thank you. I sent in a cover letter explaining my situation along with bank statement for the last few months showing there is no money coming into the account. In addition, I sent them pictures of my bank account balance and the credit card debt amount.

Did you fax your proof in? On the notice they sent me, they only gave me option of faxing. Did you provided proof that your spouse are disable veteran? Also, I think you should contact them again after another week. Hope everything will work out for you. Stay strong :)

@Jose cuellar go on Uscis website and chat "infopass" with Emma. Answer all questions she asks. Try a few times (clear chat and start again) till chat with live agent option appear. Then you can ask the agent whatever you need
