I-765 approved! marriage based
Work permit was approved today!
Filed May 14th under C9 category (marriage).
I did an expedited request that was submitted on December 02 by a congressional inquiry. Not sure whether the congressional inquiry or they’re processing May filers or a combination of both was that did the trick but we’re happy that we’re partially done with this stressful process.

we first found who’s our congressperson representative based on our home address and submitted the paperwork to them
