I-751 Waiver: Case Outside Normal Processing Time Inquiry
Hi everyone, Has anyone submitted a service request or a case inquiry for Case Outside of Normal Processing Time related to an I-751 waiver? I’ll soon be outside the normal processing time and would really appreciate any insights or experiences you can share about the process and response time. The agent told me that I can apply for citizenship once I have passed three years of marriage, even if I haven’t yet received the 10‑year green card. This would speed up the process, so you can try to do that.

oh mine is a divorce waiver case, and I’ll be eligible to apply for citizenship after 5 years, which will be at the end of this year.
