I-751 removal of conditions
Hi everyone,
My 2 years green card will be expired within 3 months, we are about to file for I751 soon to extend my card. So my question is how to send our marriage based evidences, should we add every evidence that we sent on RFE when they asked before I got my 2 years GC? or should we send only documents that we are collecting last 2 years after the card obtained ? Has anyone have experience to share? thank you in advance

the guy above is wrong. there is a list of things you should provide when you look at the 751 application. anything since you were approved - your file already has all the stuff you submitted previously.
I did tax returns, proof of ownership of our home together, itineraries of trips we took as a family with our kids, some 401ks in each others names, joint accounts, joint car insurance and ownership… etc.
if the marriage is legit this should not take more than a few days to put together.

“ Submit copies of as many documents as you can to establish this fact, to demonstrate the circumstances of the relationship from the date of the marriage to the present date” that’s what it says on the USCIS website

@Brooklyn Bridge just as @w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 & @lalo mayor advised, send some of the documents via PDF & attach it together with your application to USCIS, cos if U send only the forms with the documents, your application will be rejected.
