Jack James thank you. they ask for birth certificates for my kids and evidence me and my wife resided together i send driver's licenses both me and my wife, W-2 tax documents, life insurance, affidavits from third and pictures. that's all I send. they ask for more but each one fall under a category of what they ask for.
