I-751
I submitted my petition to remove conditions on green card two weeks ago. I still haven’t received any notice yet and they haven’t cashed the check yet. My GC expires in a 2 weeks should I be worried? That I might go out of status or I doesn’t matter since I already submitted my petition. thank you

Do you have online account? You can check on there for updates and documents. Also check you tracking and see if it was even delivered or not.

Kofi as long as it’s submitted auntomatically u are within status, perhaps there is influx of petitions and also depending on ur service center , am sure by next week u will receive the 48 months extension notice

@nana Kofi I'm going through the same situation. I submitted my I-751 a week ago, and still no notice. My green card expires in April. I still have a month and a half, but I am already worried because the only notification I have is from FedEx, but nothing from USCIS to use as a back up

@Daniel T they recently cashed the check so I think I’m gonna receive the notice soon .

@nana Kofi That's great news. When did they receive your petition? Mine was delivered on 02/05 at 2108 E. Elliot Rd.

@Daniel T I just received the 48month extension and mine is being processed at Vermont. They received my packet on the 3rd of February
